Textile Markers, Glow in the dark

-Pre-wash fabric without fabric softener. -Place cardboard between the top and bottom layer of the fabric -Shake marker. Squeeze textile paint directly from the marker on fabric to create designs -Leave to dry for 24 hours. Fabric can be machine washed after 72 hours
